Phenutrin (フェン) is a drug taken by humans to increase all five senses, and physical abilities for a temporary amount of time.

Developed by an unknown doctor, he dedicated his life into creating these pills. It's purpose was to give humans power almost equal to Twilights. The pill worked, but had potential side effects: oozing, acid reflux, anxiety, and cotton mouth. When Kodoh Ootori attained Phenutrin, it acted like a downer as he was a Twilight. This proves that Phenutrin only works on normals.
Usage[]
The only known ways to take Phenutrin is through pills, and injections. The injection can be placed in any vein that is large enough. The pills are of average size and can be taken with a cup of water.
